Chattanooga Contra Dance

We're so glad you found us! Welcome to our spot on the internet where we will give you more info about this dance that we love, and info about how to come dance with us.
We typically host regular dances on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month at the East Ridge Presbyterian Church Gym (4919 Court Drive, Chattanooga, TN). Please check out the calendar below for our most up to date list of dances.
Beginner's lesson starts at 7:30 and the dance starts at 8:00. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for students, and $7 seniors, and a maximum of $25 for families.
Everyone -- beginner and experienced -- is invited to join our welcoming and family-friendly community and enjoy this lively, traditional social dance. No partners are necessary. All dances are taught with walk-throughs. Wear comfortable clothes and bring an extra pair of clean, soft-soled shoes for dancing. We are a cup-free dance, so bring your own water bottle or cup for water! Hope to see you there!
